Most items will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included).
If you would like to cancel a not shipped order, simply send us your request by submitting a form or contact us on email michelle@xmyizhao.com. we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time(1~3 business days) + Shipping Time. The processing time varies based on the items you buy.
ORDER TRACKING
In order to provide our customers with the most up to date information regarding orders, all order confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address or phone used when the order was placed. For this reason, please use a valid e-mail address and phone number when placing the order. If you do not see an order confirmation after an order has been placed, please check your spam or trash folders, as sometimes the e-mails go there, based on your privacy settings.
